Diversity Committee Position Statement: "The objective of the Diversity Committee of NCONL is to serve as the leader in promoting diversity through the nursing leadership of the profession. In conjunction with the objectives of NCONL, the Diversity Committee will promote the design and implementation of patient care delivery systems that are congruent with the diversity and health belief systems of local communities and their population."
