Please tell me about the Nurse Manager Benefits or perks (i.e. special parking, being off on your birthday/holidays without using PTO, 4 day work week, etc) in your organization. I'm looking for ideas to share and/or implement with our organization.

4 days a week, 10 hour shifts is an option. Monthly Reflection Day. 1-2 remote work days per month. These days away from the office really help me get caught up on emails, evaluations, education requirements, etc...uninterrupted.

My organization offers management leave which is up to 52.5 hours per fiscal year in addition to the usual PTO banks. This helps compensate for the unpaid OT spent on call, working events, or staying late to accomplish our work.
